I have this habit of highlighting quotable lines whenever I read a book. When I am reading a book, there will always be a highlighter beside me so that if ever a good, life-changing,perspective-changing, inspiring quote or just a line that is so metaphorically remarkable that you can’t just let it pass you by,came along the way while I am reading, then I am ever ready to mark it so I could easily look for it whenever I want to. :)

  • Never to do anything standing up that could just easily be done lying down. - Chapter 1, p. 3
  • She said I love you as if it were a secret and an immense one -Chapter 1, p. 5

  • Because the genius thing is nothing. That’s just about wanting to be famous. - Chapter 1, p. 10
  • The prodigy could read, but he could not see- Chapter Two p. 19
  • The universe does not conspire to put you in one place rather than another. - Chapter 5, p.29
  • Fate is mostly but the echo of his character and passions, his mistakes and weaknesses. - Chapter 5, p. 29
  • The future lay before him, inevitable but invisible. - Chapter 5, p.35

  • You can love someone so much but you can never love people as much as you can miss them. - Chapter 10, p. 105

  • The thing about chameleoning your way through life is that it gets to where nothing is real. - Chapter 14, p. 150
  • The world ain’t gonna stay like you imagine it - Chapter 18, p. 194
  • How you matter is defined by the things that matter to you. You matter as much as the things that matter to you do. - Chapter 19, p. 200
  • I don’t think you can ever fill the empty space with the thing you lost - Chapter 19, p. 201

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.

  • There goes my 2-week, fast, sort of short,do-nothing, way too fast vacation. (Now it is already my 2nd day in summer class so yes, this is probably or more like definitely a late post.) :))
  • I spent much of my vacation time reading books because “for the first time in forever" (singing it literally), I had the time to focus on my books (those non-academic, non-accounting, non-valix books) HIHI
  • I read Anna and the French Kiss, Lola and the Boy Next Door (Both by Stephanie Perkins), Paper Towns by John Green, I also reread The Abundance of Katherines by John Green, during that 2-week time. I could have read more, but then money=MEH.
  • In between of each books, I watched “The Heirs” And kept on crushing on Lee-Min-Ho my babyloves. <3
  • My vacation mornings were characterized by my coffee. I love coffee. I REALLY love coffee. Such a caffeine-loving creature I am. hehe

The world had been given to me, this whole and amazing and endless world, mine for the exploring :) 📖💞 #papertowns #vacation #books (at Latreia)

It’s just confusing how people love happy endings yet at the same time hope for a love that is forever.

Love shouldn’t even have an ending-be it happy or sad. Love should be continuous in nature, as how it makes the world go round. As long as there is love, there is the world, the humanity, the life. That is just what love is. It is an infinity given to be enjoyed by us in our lifetime. :)

Happy Valentines Day everyone. I hope we all had a good one :)
